Line Design and Development

Our design services include researching and developing concepts, color palettes, and merchandising plans; sketching, technical flats, and hangtag, label and packaging design.

Patternmaking

We work in the Gerber Accumark CAD system, and can digitize and plot in house. Accumark is the industry gold standard and is used across the globe by soft goods manufacturers.

Marking and Grading

We work with the best grader in NYC to achieve perfect fit across all sizes. We create and plot markers in house.

Tech Pack Creation

It’s crucial to have an accurate tech pack and we offer several options, from a basic 6-page version best suited for domestic small batch manufacturing to more complex versions for overseas production.

Sample Sewing and Small Batch Production

We sew all our samples in house with a team experienced in development. We have industrial single needle, overlock and coverstitch machines. We partner with Sew Bromo, our Baltimore factory partner, to produce small batch productions.
